Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Roseville, MI. The Customer Service Representative will greet and assist customers on the sales floor, answer questions about products, promotions, and store policies, and provide fitting room and checkout support. Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and concerns, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment. The role also involves coordinating with store team members to ensure a smooth customer experience, supporting merchandise returns and exchanges, and contributing to sales goals through attentive, service-focused interactions. Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction. Experience in Customer Support with an emphasis on enhancing Customer Experience. Ability to work effectively as a Customer Service Representative in a retail environment. Clear and professional verbal communication skills, with active listening abilities. Basic math and cash-handling skills, and comfort using point-of-sale systems. Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work flexible retail hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays). Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent education is beneficial.
