Account Executive

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE • Baltimore/Wilmington My client is seeking an Account Executive to develop and grow business for a market-leading provider of critical emergency communication solutions serving commercial and multifamily properties. This is a field-based, outside sales position focused on new business development. The ideal candidate is a true hunter who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and creating opportunities within a developing territory. What You'll Receive • Base + Uncapped Commissions + Bonus • Year 1: $115K-$120K OTE, Year 2-3: $175k-180k for strong sellers • Full Benefits + 401k + PTO • Top performers earning $200K-$250K+ annually • $500/month car allowance • Annual incentive trip for top performers • End-of-year bonus opportunities • Comprehensive training and leadership support What You'll Do • Develop new business throughout Delaware, Eastern Maryland, and South Jersey up toward Philadelphia • Build relationships with property managers, building owners, and management companies • Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations • Manage a sales cycle averaging approximately 30 days • Leverage an existing prospect database and national partner relationships while generating new opportunities Ideal Background • Outside B2B sales experience • Proven history of prospecting and developing business • Experience carrying a quota and working in a performance-driven environment • Competitive, resilient, and motivated by growth and earnings • Telecom, property management, service-based sales, or similar backgrounds are a plus Location • Baltimore, MD or Wilmington, DE (but anywhere in the territory: Delaware, Eastern Maryland, and South Jersey up toward Philadelphia This opportunity offers the ability to join a growing organization, inherit a market with significant opportunity, and build a long-term career within a highly supportive sales culture.
