# Customer Support Specialist

Customer Support Specialist Milwaukee, Wisconsin | Full-time | On-site A fast answer is useful. A complete answer is better. As a Customer Support Specialist in Milwaukee, you will take ownership of routine customer questions from first contact through resolution. That means listening, checking the right information, documenting what happened, and keeping the customer updated when the answer depends on another team. The support loop 1. Receive questions by phone, email, or the approved support channel and confirm the real issue before responding. 2. Use the CRM or ticketing system to document facts, actions, status, and the next promised step. 3. Resolve common requests using approved information and escalate exceptions with useful context. 4. Follow up when another department owns part of the answer so the customer does not have to restart the conversation. 5. Close the loop, update the record, and flag repeated issues that may point to a process or communication gap. Who can do well here Customer support experience helps, but it is not the only route. Retail, restaurants, hospitality, healthcare service, manufacturing customer service, reception, or busy public-facing roles can build the same core habits. We need clear writing, professional phone communication, accurate records, and a calm approach when someone is frustrated. Training with a purpose You will learn the support system, service standards, common issues, escalation routes, and how response quality is measured. As your product or service knowledge grows, you can take on more complex cases and contribute to improving help content, templates, and team processes. The practical details This Customer Support Specialist role is full-time and on site in Milwaukee, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
