# Human Resources Manager - Hospitality & Food Services

Coulter Services

Role: Human Resources Manager supporting food and facilities teams at a university campus. Responsibilities Lead HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. Guide managers on performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. Coordinate training programs and support DEI and engagement initiatives. Manage HR data, reporting, and analytics. Partner with leadership to foster a safe, inclusive culture focused on service excellence and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership and HR operational expertise. Knowledge of labor laws, policies, and compliance standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with training, diversity, and engagement initiatives. Ability to analyze HR data and generate actionable insights.
