What You'll Do Create exceptional first and last impressions by warmly welcoming guests and delivering personalized service. Help travelers feel at home through seamless check-in and check-out experiences. Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns, and turn everyday interactions into memorable moments. Serve as a trusted resource by sharing hotel amenities, local recommendations, and insider tips about the Boston and Cambridge area. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions with accuracy and professionalism. Maintain a polished and inviting front desk environment that reflects our commitment to excellence. Promote loyalty program enrollment and help guests maximize the value of their stay. What Makes You Successful Passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for working with people. Ability to remain positive, organized, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment. Confidence using technology and learning new systems. Hospitality or guest service experience preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
