Brokerage Product Manager

The Brokerage Product Manager supports the brokerage product and processes including product enhancement creation, development, coordination with Product, Marketing, Compliance and other business partners on all aspects of brokerage products. As a subject matter expert in brokerage products, this job advises brokerage leadership regarding the shape and content of the brokerage product portfolio delivered by the organization. This job also establishes product development priorities, life cycle management disciplines, pricing and positioning of multiple brokerage products and solutions. Key Responsibilities and Duties Advises management on profitability, investment performance, governance, operating model, vendor management and strategic direction of brokerage products. Establishes standards for determining the profitability and viability of new brokerage products or product enhancements to ensure that the organization's objectives and profitability goals are achieved. Initiates and prioritizes projects, tracks product development and develops brokerage product launch plans to effectively manage a product or product category's life cycle and ensure profitability. Oversees structuring changes of brokerage products and fosters strategic partnership between product management and portfolio management, legal, accounting, and client servicing teams. Monitors business results of recently introduced or enhanced products and recommending modifications in product features, pricing, and marketing approaches to improve results. Monitors the marketplace, while paying particular attention to direct competitors, to assess product trends and results in order to recommend new products or features for the organization. Educational Requirements University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred FINRA Registrations SRC Indicator: Series 7 Physical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Career Level 9IC Required Qualifications 5+ years of Brokerage industry experience with a strong knowledge of Brokerage Products Product/project management experience Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of Brokerage Product/Project Management experience with an ability to lead projects and initiatives Strong communication and presentation skills Strong organizational skills and proficiency with PowerPoint Experience managing product development, enhancements, and full product lifecycle Related Skills Accountability, Go-To-Market, Product Management, Project Management, Resiliency, Strategic Thinking Anticipated Posting End Date: 2026-10-15 Base Pay Range: $97,700/yr - $137,000/yr Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
