Head of Technical Procurement

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably Civil Engineering or Architecture), Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including in team management, Experience in quantity surveying, cost analysis, maintenance, and repair activities related to electrical, mechanical, and furniture categories, Experience in procurement processes for construction materials, equipment, furniture, and service purchases, Strong background in managing and improving machinery maintenance and repair processes, Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Strong analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset, Team player with the ability to support and develop team members, Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, Proactive and research-oriented, with the ability to closely follow market trends and industry developments, Proficient in MS Office applications. WHAT IS DONE IN THIS POSITION? Ensure all maintenance and repair activities are planned, executed, and monitored in an efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective manner, Develop and implement technical standards across electrical, mechanical, and construction disciplines, Analyze maintenance costs and drive efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives, Strengthen maintenance systems through corrective and preventive actions, and develop practices that will reduce equipment failure rates, Lead tendering, contracting, and supplier management processes for maintenance, repair, construction, and store opening projects, Manage the performance of critical suppliers and continuously expand and improve the supplier network, Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs for suppliers and maintenance service providers, ensuring regular performance evaluation of technical procurement and maintenance operations, Ensure procurement of all technical equipment required for new store openings and existing store operations in line with quality, cost, and delivery targets, Lead the sourcing, evaluation, tendering, negotiation, and contract management processes for general contractors, electrical, mechanical, construction, and other technical service providers for new store projects and store renovation initiatives, Develop procurement strategies for technical equipment, capital investment, and maintenance service categories by strengthening the supplier base, identifying alternative sources, and building long-term strategic partnerships, Drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives to maximize the effective utilization of capital investment budgets while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
