International Sales Specialist (German)

Nova Vita Clinic is a health tourism company highly focused on dental, aesthetics, hair transplant and bariatrics treatments for international patients. We would like to grow our team with a fresh team member who is aligned with our vision and passion. Our location is in Istanbul / Sisli. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience at hospitality, (health) tourism or sales Direct or related phone sales experience preferably in health tourism Fluent in German is a must Excellent communication and negotiation skills Passionate, ambitious and sales driven Ability to deal with ambiguity Our Expectations: Dealing with international patients interested in having treatment in Turkey (via phone, WhatsApp, video calls) Presenting treatment plans, offers and process to patients with details Follow-up and closing the leads Organizing accommodation, transfers and all related processes We Offer: Fixed salary with bonus based on revenue generated (no sales quotas here!)
