Supports the strategic and operational integration of advanced logistics systems.
Prepares comprehensive financial forecasts studies, detailed cost estimates, and return-on-investment (ROI) analyses for proposed Military Support Command (MSC)-level logistics projects.
Strengthens and leverages SAP operationalization to streamline inventory management, distribution processes, and property accountability across the organization.
Triages complex technical and operational issues, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and managing critical system Change Requests (CRs) and Incident Tickets (INCs) to expedite the resolution of system defects and prevent operational downtime.
Develops, implements, and maintains accurate labor performance standards and business rules to maximize workforce utilization and overall operational throughput.
Review complex supply chain scenarios, forecasting potential outcomes and mitigating risks prior to approval.
To qualify for a Management and Program Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Applying advanced analytical principles and data analysis to optimize workflows and reduce costs Implementing continuous process improvements to evaluate operational efficiency Conducting studies to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce waste Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
