• Bring creativity and personality to the product through distinctive visuals, motion, and interactions
• Evolve Greptile’s design system while holding a high bar for craft and usability
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of product design experience, including at a fast-growing startup
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual craft, interaction design, and product thinking
• Ability to make complex technical concepts feel intuitive
• Curiosity about AI and a willingness to experiment with new ways of designing software
• Strong collaboration skills and the ownership to move ideas forward on a fast-moving team
• Fluency in Figma and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Figma MCP, or Paper MCP
YOU’LL LIKE WORKING HERE IF
• You want to help define the next generation of developer interfaces
• You care about making software useful, beautiful, and full of personality
• You thrive on a small, ambitious team with room to experiment and make a meaningful impact
