We are currently hiring a Sales Representative who is motivated by goals, energized by a fast-paced setting, and eager to build a career in sales. This position involves working directly with customers, developing relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth through in-person interactions. This is an immediate hire, full-time opportunity . Key Responsibilities Drive Sales Performance: Consistently work toward and surpass individual sales targets by engaging with customers, presenting services, and closing transactions Build Customer Relationships: Establish trust with customers to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat business Identify New Opportunities: Generate leads through outreach, referrals, and networking efforts Collaborate with Team Members: Partner with leadership and marketing staff to improve sales strategies and support company goals Qualifications Strong verbal communication and people skills Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Flexibility with scheduling and availability as needed What Prosper Region Offers Base pay with additional commission and performance-based bonuses Opportunities for advancement based on performance Ongoing training and mentorship from experienced team leaders Supportive, team-focused work environment
