# Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate What You'll Do:
• Inventory control, Cycle counting and overall material management.
• All shipping and receiving duties, including documentation, bills of landing, etc.
• Perform visual quality checks.
• Operate and monitor equipment such as forklifts, and powered hand tools.
• Perform general manual labor tasks including lifting, pulling, carrying, sweeping, cleaning, and moving materials.
• Keep management and supervisors aware of product shortages to maintain accurate information.
• Organize inventory within the warehouse by properly boxing and storing goods in their designated location.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing.
• Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to order and ensuring all goods are in acceptable condition.
• Verifying quantities of all incoming and outgoing packages and pieces.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas including outside material storage areas/yards, and production floors.
• Participate in daily safety meetings and safety committees/initiatives.
• Train, guide, and assist co-workers as needed.
• Manage physical and cycle inventory counts, track supplies and submit requests when needed.
• Follow all company principles, safety rules, and regulatory standards.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned. What You'll Need: Minimum of 2 years’ experience with inventory MRP systems, Excel, Word, Email. High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a heavy manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment. Experience operating forklifts and other mobile/heavy equipment is preferred but not required. 2 years’ Inventory control and cycle counting experience. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required for material calculations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong dependability and attendance. Qualifications Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes, including checking documentation, verifying quantities, and preparing outgoing orders. Demonstrated skills in Packing and Unloading, with attention to product protection, accuracy, and safe handling of materials. Ability to safely operate material handling equipment such as Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack, following all safety guidelines and company policies. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Capability to lift and move materials safely, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as required by warehouse operations. Basic computer skills for inventory entry, shipping labels, and warehouse documentation; experience with warehouse or ERP systems is a plus. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred, especially in electrical or industrial products, but not required. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, punctuality, and continuous learning; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
