Scheduling Coordinator

We are hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to join our medical tourism team. You will plan appointments, transfers, and accommodation for our international patients. This role is a strong fit for someone on planning ahead and excellent time management skills. What You'll Do Plan patients medical appointments and share the daily schedule with our dentists and clinic Build the driver's daily schedule for hotel and airport transfers Enter patient details into the transportation company's portal Book and manage hotel reservations Stay in touch with patients upon their arrival Handle concerns and complaints about appointments, treatments, or hotels and follow up until resolved We're Looking For Previous experience in health tourism (required) Experience in hotel operations, hospitality, or guest relations Fluent Turkish and English Strong organization and multitasking Professional email and phone communication Confident with problem-solving and complaint resolution
