# Registered Nurse

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care

Seeking a Registered Nurse to join a dynamic team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include: supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, building strong relationships with patients and families, collaborating across departments, supporting staff with complex cases, and celebrating patient milestones. Qualifications and Skills: valid RN licensure, CPR certification (ACLS preferred), CRRN certification preferred, and at least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
