# Assistant Manager (01563) - 667 Big Bend Blvd

We are seeking a professional and decisive Assistant Manager to join our team at our Manchester, United States location (667 Big Bend Blvd). In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our operations by supervising daily activities, developing team members, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, organizational excellence, and a commitment to driving operational success while maintaining a supportive and motivational work environment. Supervise and manage daily operations, ensuring all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development and training of team members Make decisive decisions regarding operational challenges, customer concerns, and resource allocation while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and communicate relevant information to senior management in a timely manner Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by demonstrating motivational leadership and addressing team concerns with professionalism Manage inventory, supplies, and resources efficiently to optimize operational costs and service quality Resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations with diplomacy and problem-solving expertise Support the implementation of new processes, initiatives, and improvements to enhance organizational performance Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and company guidelines Assist senior management with special projects and strategic initiatives as needed Proven experience in a supervisory or management role with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff Proficiency with management software, point-of-sale systems, and standard office technology Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills Customer service orientation with a commitment to maintaining high service standards Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for improvement Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships and resolve conflicts constructively Preferred: Experience with budget management, staff training and development, or relevant industry knowledge Preferred: Background in onboarding and performance management processes BENEFITS Flexible scheduling -- full & part-time positions available Competitive wages 1 week of PTO Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid training program FULL TIME ASSISTANT MANAGER BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage Flexible Spending Accounts Ability to contribute to a 401K We are MBR Management (a locally owned Franchise of Domino's) & we strive to treat all of our team members like family.
