Key Responsibilities Manage projects and development requests end-to-end, from analysis and planning through approval and delivery Support detailed system and business process design, particularly in Sales, Purchasing, and Manufacturing/Production Identify integration requirements across systems and clarify conditions with stakeholders Manage vendor contracts, commercial terms, and project closure evaluations Build strong relationships with internal customers and ensure satisfaction Provide user support and guidance beyond formal project scope Track emerging technologies and industry trends, translating opportunities into project proposals Qualifications & Requirements University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Minimum 4 years of active experience in corporate IT business solutions (Sales, Purchasing, and/or Manufacturing systems) Hands-on SAP application experience required Business analyst experience within Logistics & Supply Chain, Sales, or Purchasing Experience managing vendor and customer relationships; project management experience Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) Good command of English; knowledge of German is a plus
