Job Details Responsibilities The successful candidate will circulate and scrub procedures performed in the Electrophysiology Lab including EP studies, ablations, pacemaker implants, Non-invasive testing, etc. The RN will cross-train to admit and recover pre and post procedure patients, hemodynamic monitoring and is responsible to perform hemostasis. The RN provides direct nursing care to patients, assuming responsibility and accountability for the total care of assigned patients. The RN supervises and directs the activities of Patient Care Associates and Techs. Weekends and on call required. Qualifications Graduate of BSN program required NYS Nursing License required year Electrophysiology experience preferred 1 year Critical Care experience preferred Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) required from the American Heart Association This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
