Senior Brand Manager (Yudum & Hasata)

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our company, a leading player in the FMCG industry , continuing its growth journey with strong brands. In this role, you will lead the strategic management of Yudum and Hasata , drive commercial results, and make a difference through a strong consumer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of brand strategies. Develop and manage annual marketing plans in line with brand growth objectives. Manage the brand portfolio to achieve profitability, market share, and penetration targets. Own and manage the brand P&L, monitoring sales and profitability targets. Manage brand budgets and track and report on return on investment. Lead consumer and market research initiatives to identify market dynamics and consumer insights, translating findings into brand strategies and growth plans. Analyze category trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Lead innovation and product launches, managing new product development projects end-to-end. Coordinate ATL, BTL, digital, and media campaign processes in close collaboration with the Brand Communication team. Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Fluent English. At least 7 years of brand management experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in the food category. Experience in a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager role. Strong experience in brand strategy, product management, and innovation processes. Experience working with market research tools and methodologies. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities. Results-oriented, proactive, and strong leadership skills.
