Emergency Room RN (Full-Time) (Day Shift)

This role involves providing direct patient care in an emergency department setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication use. Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development. Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring effective communication across care settings. Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers to involvement. Adhere to safety protocols, maintaining alertness and safe work practices, as this is a safety-sensitive position. Qualifications & Skills Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing, RN license. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience. No supervisory experience required.
