# Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

The VIOS Clinic

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse
• Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include: performing the nursing process, coordinating care, practicing evidence-based standards, fostering teamwork, supporting performance improvement, mentoring colleagues, and promoting research and best practices. Qualifications: Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, current RN licensure, and certifications in BLS and ACLS. Experience & Skills: Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care, strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments. Proficiency with technology and time management are essential. This role emphasizes professional development, adherence to policies, and active participation in quality improvement and evidence-based practices.
