Picking and Packing Associate

Picking and Packing Associate   The Picking and Packing Associate is responsible for supporting the accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. Key responsibilities include picking and packing inventory according to order specifications, maintaining accurate stock levels, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and performing other duties as needed to support daily operations. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, with 8-hour shifts beginning as early as 8:00 AM. Overtime may be required on occasion. The ideal candidate is flexible and adaptable to varying work hours, able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, and has strong attention to detail. The ability to consistently follow procedures and maintain Dempsey’s quality and compliance standards is essential.
