About the job Our client, a leading financial services company, is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative in Columbus, OH . Pay Rate Range: $18.00–$19.17/hourly Schedule: First 4–5 weeks: Fully remote training After training: 5 days per week onsite After 6 months: Hybrid schedule, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from brokerage clients regarding their accounts and financial service needs Assist clients with brokerage cash management products and services Provide support for online banking and mobile app inquiries Respond to general account and financial service questions with accuracy and efficiency Research and resolve client inquiries while meeting department performance metrics Provide professional, high-quality service in a fast-paced financial services environment Multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities and client needs Collaborate with team members to provide a consistent, world-class client experience Requirements: College degree or previous contact center experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining accuracy Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change Professional and client-focused approach Financial services or brokerage experience is a plus Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems Russell Tobin offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
