We restore homes and businesses after storms and unexpected water, fire or mold issues. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager focused on disaster restoration to lead mitigation projects following water, fire, and other property loss events. The role centers on coordinating crews and subcontractors, delivering timely mitigation and restoration services, maintaining client and insurance relationships, and ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and budget targets. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage disaster restoration projects from start to finish. Coordinate, schedule, and supervise restoration technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient, on-time project delivery. Perform site assessments, document damage, develop scopes of work, and track progress against project timelines and budgets. Communicate clearly and professionally with property owners, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders; provide regular status updates and manage expectations. Ensure all work complies with industry standards, local regulations, and company safety policies; promote a safety-first culture on every job site. Qualifications Experience running disaster restoration projects, including water, fire, mold. Ability to manage multiple restoration projects simultaneously, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Strong communication and client relationship skills; experience working directly with insurance adjusters and property owners. Knowledge of Xactimate is preferred but not required. IICRC Certifications are preferred but not required.
