# Senior Accountant @ High Growth Services Firm

We're working with a High-Growth Consumer and Distribution Services Firm. They are seeking a Strategically driven professional within their Controllership team. Will be responsible for all Accounting and Financial Operations
• Month-End, Reporting, Budgeting, Analysis, Supporting Audit, Finance, and Tax Teams. Reporting to Controller
• Head of Team, this professional will be working with Executives, COO, and Sales team. This individual will be a business partner to their product team; Building relationships with Sales and Product Launch Team on their Revenue Strategies. Responsible Include: Preparation of Month-End Close process Prepare cashflow reporting, income analysis, cash forecasting and analysis for company transactions Assisting with building out Internal and external reporting Lead key contact for monthly reporting process; leading discussion to analyze company performance to colleagues across the business along with external auditors Partner with Sales Finance and Services team to lead quarterly and monthly financial reviews Actively support financial transformation team and initiatives Work with cross-functional teams including the Sales, Marketing, Operations, Treasury, Tax, and Finance to drive efficiencies Requirements: Bachelors Degree is needed, in Economic and or Accounting is a plus 2+ years of Accounting or Audit Experience 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience CPA is a plus
