Application Color Scientist - Erlanger, KY

Position Summary The individual holding this position is required to have working knowledge of Color Applications in Food and Beverage applications, specifically with Colors Exempt from Certification (commonly known as Natural Colors), including common knowledge of raw materials and ingredients used in their creation. Also, a strong understanding of formulation trouble-shooting and stability protocol for finished products is expected. The Areas Of Knowledge Should Include Product Development Applications across Food and Beverage (Pet Food a plus) Commercialization from Bench-Top to Production-Scale Prior experience with Color Applications is highly desired. The successful candidate should have strong presentation skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers.
