Accounts Payable & Compliance Coordinator

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Compliance Coordinator to join our Finance team in Izmir. This is a unique opportunity to combine professional Accounts Payable responsibilities with a strong focus on operational compliance in an international trading company, collaborating closely with colleagues across the world. ABOUT THE JOB In this role, you will work hands-on with both Accounts Payable and compliance processes, ensuring that daily financial operations are executed accurately and in line with internal policies and requirements. You will handle invoices, payments, and financial administration while supporting compliance activities such as due diligence and screening, helping ensure that transactions are both processed correctly and aligned with required controls. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Accounts Payable • Process supplier invoices and manage outgoing payments • Perform bank reconciliations and payment postings • Maintain and update supplier master data • Monitor finance mailboxes and respond to daily inquiries • Support month-end closing activities and finance administration • Assist with expense management and payment controls Compliance Operations • Support daily compliance operations and administrative processes • Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and supplier due diligence • Conduct sanctions screening and background checks using compliance systems • Create and maintain customer and supplier records • Maintain compliance documentation and SharePoint records • Support third-party payment reviews • Assist with internal controls and risk assessment activities • Respond to internal compliance-related inquiries YOUR PROFILE You are experienced in finance processes and compliance frameworks, and you are motivated by working in a role that combines operational execution with control and governance. You bring: • Experience within Accounts Payable, Finance Administration, or a similar role • Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset • A structured, reliable, and proactive approach to your work • Interest in working with both finance and compliance-related tasks • Confidence working with multiple systems and digital tools • Ability to communicate effectively in an international environment • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Turkish is an advantage ABOUT NORIDANE Are you ready to make an impact?
