Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides compassionate, comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, ensuring safety, satisfaction, and optimal health outcomes. Responsibilities include: Assessing patient needs through evaluations and creating individualized care plans Addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs Administering treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures in accordance with policies Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning Monitoring and revising care plans based on patient responses Participating in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices Engaging in unit-based decision-making and safety programs Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Ability to provide holistic, patient-centered care Key Duties: Perform assessments, deliver direct patient care, collaborate with healthcare team, participate in safety and quality initiatives, and contribute to a positive patient experience.
