Responsible for design and development of processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Perform internal control reviews across operational, financial and compliance related processes, document findings and monitor remediation actions. Monitor the effectiveness of internal controls, policies, procedures and governance structures. Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, regulatory requirements and Volkswagen Financial Services Overseas AG standards. Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit-related activities when required. Be in close relationship with all departments across the organization for all above mentioned tasks and processes. Prepare concise reports for management including observations and actions for improvement. Qualifications & Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in process management, internal control, internal audit, compliance or a similar role. Knowledge of internal process management and control frameworks, principles etc. Insurance and/or fleet management sector knowhow is a plus Experience in process mapping and control testing Good level of communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills Attention to detail and accuracy Result oriented with proactive approach Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint Fluent in English, both written and spoken
