# Quantitative Trader

Quantitative Trader We are looking for a Quantitative Trader to join our investments team. We are looking for someone who combines strong market understanding with a quantitative mindset — comfortable in live trading, but equally interested in analysing data, execution quality and strategy behaviour. Responsibilities Monitor and manage live systematic and algorithmic trading strategies Trade across equities, equity futures, FX futures and options Analyse execution quality, including slippage, market impact, fill behaviour and transaction costs Work with tick, trade and order book data to understand market microstructure and short-term price behaviour Analyse market, flow, ownership and positioning data to identify systematic trading opportunities and changes in market structure. Research and test new systematic trading signals and execution ideas Build analytical and research tools using Python Contribute to the development and improvement of existing statistical arbitrage and algorithmic strategies Core Requirements Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Financial Engineering, Econometrics or a similar quantitative field Strong quantitative and analytical skills Good understanding of probability, statistics and financial markets Strong working knowledge of Python , particularly for financial data analysis and research Preferred Experience in quantitative trading, statistical arbitrage or algorithmic execution Familiarity with Borsa Istanbul and VİOP Experience working with order book or high-frequency market data Knowledge of futures and options Understanding of Black-Scholes, implied volatility and option Greeks Experience building backtests or research tools
