Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical Orthopedic

Role: Staff RN for Medsurg Ortho Unit 2 Responsibilities Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult medical-surgical and orthopedic patients Manage post-operative recovery, pain control, and mobility support Administer complex medications accurately and safely Perform comprehensive patient assessments Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure coordinated care Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage complex medication regimens and contribute to patient recovery Key Duties: Deliver high-quality patient care, support recovery processes, and work within a collaborative healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
