# Business Development & Loyalty Programs Manager

We are looking for a Business Development & Loyalty Programs Manager who will play a key role in shaping our customer-centric growth strategy, strengthening customer loyalty, and leading innovative business initiatives. What You'll Do Lead the design and execution of business development and customer loyalty strategies that support sustainable growth. Develop initiatives to increase customer acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and customer lifetime value. Own and prioritize digital product development initiatives from a Product Owner perspective, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Drive customer experience improvements through customer journey optimization, NPS insights, and data-driven action plans. Build and manage strategic partnerships and ecosystem collaborations that create long-term business value. Monitor business, channel, and customer performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, CRM,Digital, IT,Customer Experience, Claims, Finance, and Legal to deliver impactful solutions. What We're Looking For Proven experience in Business Development, Marketing, Customer Experience, Digital Products, Loyalty Programs, or related fields. Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen. Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into meaningful business actions. Strong leadership and communication.
