About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help build the operational foundation that enables our marketing team to scale. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys building: systems, workflows, processes, data infrastructure, and increasingly, AI-powered ways of working. You’ll own the day-to-day marketing operations infrastructure across our marketing automation platform, CRM, analytics, lifecycle, and campaign processes while helping us evolve toward an AI-native marketing organization. A key part of this role is making marketing execution more scalable and repeatable. Rather than owning campaign production, you’ll build the standards, templates, and AI-enabled processes that allow Demand Generation, Events, Brand, and other marketers to execute campaigns efficiently and consistently. You’ll work closely with Marketing leadership and serve as a primary partner to Revenue Operations on cross-functional systems, data, and process initiatives. This job was verified from Lever (US).
