The Role • Partner with operations leaders and venue clients to understand performance and identify challenges. • Deliver high-quality insights that drive smarter business decisions and enhance outcomes. • Analyze business performance data from various sources to identify operational improvement opportunities. • Design and present compelling data visualizations and reports to stakeholders and clients. • Lead the creation of key performance reporting for operations teams and clients. • Conduct research on consumer purchasing behavior to support strategic planning. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or Finance. • 5-7 years of experience in an analytical function. • Advanced analytical ability and spreadsheet modeling skills. • Moderate experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with management. • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
