# Outside Sales Representative

Job Title: Outside Sales Representative Location: DuBois, Pennsylvania Position Type: Full-Time Reports To: Branch Manager / Director of Sales / VP of Sales Job Summary: The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers, including contractors, builders, and remodelers. This role involves regular in-person visits, job site follow-ups, and proactive sales efforts to drive revenue. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, knowledgeable about building materials, and passionate about providing excellent service. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business Identify and pursue new customer opportunities through cold calls, job site visits, and referrals Provide product knowledge, pricing, and technical support to customers in person and via phone/email Prepare and present accurate quotes and bids for building materials, millwork, and related products Follow up on quotes to convert to orders and manage the order process through delivery Collaborate with inside sales, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor offerings Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally Track sales activities and customer interactions in CRM or other sales tracking tools Attend industry events, trade shows, and training as needed Additional Job Application Terms This job is part of LinkedIn’s Full-Service Hiring beta program.
