# Registered Nurse - Full Time

Affinity Home Health Care Inc

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, individualized care in a rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, developing care plans, and addressing patient concerns to promote recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to understand their unique needs. Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure coordinated care. Support and mentor fellow staff in managing complex patient cases. Celebrate patient milestones and progress. Qualifications And Skills Valid RN license required, with CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification and prior experience in a rehabilitation hospital are preferred.
