# Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

Azza HealthCare Agency

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a team-based environment. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care plans; advocate for patient and family needs; participate in performance improvement initiatives; maintain professional competence; mentor colleagues; ensure confidentiality and safety; and support organizational standards. Qualifications: Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred); active RN license (single state or multi-state); BLS certification; and experience with direct patient care preferred. Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, teamwork, patient advocacy, and commitment to professional growth. Additional Duties: Maintain documentation, contribute to a positive work environment, support shared governance, and adhere to policies and standards. This role offers full-time night shifts, sign-on bonus eligibility, and opportunities for professional development in a supportive healthcare setting.
