Senior Cybersecurity Specialist

Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems and security technologies, Good knowledge of networking, network architecture, and network segmentation, Experience with firewall technologies and security policies, Experience in cyber incident management and security operations, Preferably experienced in penetration testing, security audits, or information security standards such as ISO 27001, Good command of English, Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process management skills, Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of leading their own processes Responsibilities Establishing, implementing, and improving central cybersecurity policies and standards across the group, Monitoring and analyzing cybersecurity incidents and taking necessary actions, Tracking implemented actions and ensuring effective management of security processes, Conducting regular security assessments of the existing IT infrastructure and continuously improving security levels, Planning, performing, or coordinating penetration tests with third-party providers, Evaluating network security, network segmentation, and firewall configurations from a security perspective, Managing and documenting security processes and controls in a sustainable manner, Supporting initiatives aimed at increasing information security awareness across the organization.
