# Moving Crew Driver ($18–$24/hr + Tips)

Movers & Drivers Wanted: $18–$24/hr + Tips, Raleigh, NC Full-Time | No Experience Required to Start | Fast Interviews, Faster Offers TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Raleigh is hiring Movers and Drivers to join our crews: real teamwork, real variety, and real money in your pocket every single day. If you're tired of standing in one spot on a job site that shuts down every time it rains, this is different.What You'll Earn Starting pay: $18–$19/hr. No experience needed, just a clean background and drug screen and the willingness to work hard. Up to $24/hr if you have 6+ months of moving, warehouse, logistics or military logistics experience. We pay for what you bring on day one, not after a year of asking. Daily tips on top of your hourly wage. Most crews take home real cash every shift. $450 in milestone bonuses in your first 90 days, plus $100 for every friend you refer who stays 90 days. A real path to Driver, Crew Lead and Over-the-Road (OTR pays commission). We promote from inside our crews. What the Job Actually Looks Like We won't sugarcoat it: this is physical work. You'll be lifting, carrying, climbing stairs and driving in Raleigh traffic, and some days will be hot. What we promise is a crew that has your back, a truck stocked with the right equipment, and a team that takes heat and hydration seriously. In exchange you get variety no warehouse job offers: new places, new people, and a job that changes every day. What We're Looking For Reliable: shows up every shift, on time Physically able to lift and carry household items repeatedly throughout the day A team player who trusts the crew around them Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen (we're in customers' homes, so trust is the job) Driver positions: 21+, valid license, clean driving record; commercial driving experience preferred Ready to Start?
