About the position: This position will be assigned to the Command Section Flight at the Resources Management Office. This position serves as the Client Support Administrator for the 30th Force Support Squadron at Vandenberg SFB, CA. This position serves as the Client Support Administrator for the 30th Force Support Squadron, delivering critical IT infrastructure support, cybersecurity administration, and advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking systems. Additionally, the role drives organizational efficiency by managing enterprise IT projects, developing streamlined digital processes, and ensuring continuous mission readiness through emergency on-call technical response. IT Project Management & System Implementation: Assists with IT projects and enterprise deployments, system refreshes, identity and access management implementations, and specialized software rollout . Proactively identifies and resolves infrastructure challenges. Cybersecurity & Access Control: Administers user accounts, security licenses, and access controls. Ensures compliance with COMPUSEC directives, performs security reviews, and manages anti-virus/patch updates. Systems and Administration: Assists with streamlining new digital processes, utilizing modern productivity tools and application development platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps) to improve organizational efficiency. Performs technical record-keeping and data reporting. Ability to provide technical training to users and communicate issues clearly in writing or orally. Additional Duties: May be required to carry an organizational cell phone during duty hours. May be required to participate in a rotating on-call schedule, responding to critical technical emergencies during non-duty hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
