Production Planning Engineer

To strengthen our team, we are looking for Production Planning Engineer which will be located in our plant, Akyazı, SAKARYA What will your job be about ? Ensure the timely, accurate, and quality-assured supply of all required materials to the plant for wiring harness production Manage the localization of direct and indirect materials for wiring harness manufacturing in accordance with customer approvals Track customer orders and ensure timely follow-up across all operational stages. Communicate effectively with customers regarding planning, schedules, and delivery processes to maintain an accurate information flow Execute production planning, control, monitoring, and performance reporting activities Monitor daily stock levels to guarantee inventory accuracy Track critical materials, conduct production feasibility analyses, and coordinate master production plans Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly operational meetings, as well as design change meetings to support change management processes Prepare inventory data reports, develop capacity/utilization plans, and build long-term production strategies Lead, drive, and finalize in-plant Kaizen and continuous improvement activities. Review and update planning procedures periodically to ensure operational efficiency What will you bring with you? Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant fields Minimum 2 years of experience in production and material planning.
