Human Resources Manager Location: Sunrise, FL Salary: $95,000–$125,000, depending on experience Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the company’s administrative HR operations. This is a purely administrative position; plumbing or construction experience is not required. Responsibilities Manage employee paperwork, personnel files, onboarding, and offboarding. Administer healthcare, 401(k), insurance, PTO, and other employee benefits. Address employee concerns, conflicts, grievances, and performance issues. Coordinate recruiting, interviews, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention. Develop hiring outreach through LinkedIn, local schools, workforce programs, and relocation networks. Improve HR processes involving hiring, terminations, promotions, benefits, and performance reviews. Create tracking systems and audits to ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time. Coordinate performance reviews, employee training, certifications, and development. Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws. Advise leadership on HR-related matters. Qualifications Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience. Experience with employee relations, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and HR documentation. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations. Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR or payroll systems. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. SHRM, PHR, or SPHR certification is preferred but not required.
