As part of Koç Holding and partnering with Beko, we’re a team of innovators dedicated to driving progress and making a real impact in the financial world. ✨ What You’ll Be Rocking Monitor active, inactive, and prospective customer and business partner data related to integration operations; perform partner segmentation, prepare regular reports, and share insights with relevant stakeholders. Manage new business partner applications, transfer application records into CRM processes, maintain up-to-date partner information, and ensure the accuracy and quality of CRM data. Create new integrator records in Token's operational systems, complete the required system configurations, and support the creation of SAP customer accounts for new business partners. Coordinate operational processes by collaborating with software partners, the call center, technical teams, sales teams, and other relevant stakeholders. Track requests and process notifications submitted by software partners through Jira, associate them with CRM records, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution. Prepare and maintain documentation related to installation, onboarding, and integration processes, ensuring operational documentation remains accurate and up to date. Coordinate the inventory, rework, shipment, and return operations of test devices, and support all operational preparations required for integration testing, including devices and documentation. Monitor and verify the transfer of newly produced devices into Token's operational systems. Support the execution of software partner agreement processes by coordinating with the Finance, Legal, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operational completion. 🎯 The Perfect Fit 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student, or a recent graduate, from the Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Engineering, or other related disciplines. Available to work as a long-term intern is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of effectively managing and following up on multiple tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Eager to learn, proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented. Familiarity with enterprise systems such as CRM, SAP, or Jira is considered an asset.
