Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and manage heavy civil construction projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and progress reports Collaborate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements Monitor and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project management practices Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction industry required 5+ years as a Project Manager preferred, not required Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
