Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all catering orders from inquiry through delivery and execution Oversee catering food preparation, packaging, and presentation to ensure brand standards are met Collaborate with restaurant management to ensure seamless integration of catering operations with daily store functions Develop and execute local marketing efforts to promote catering services within the community Requirements Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and event-based hours Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for catering deliveries About Us Firehouse Subs Laramie is a proud local franchisee of the beloved Firehouse Subs brand, serving the Laramie, WY community with hearty, made-to-order subs and a commitment to giving back.
