Registered Nurse - Clinical Resident - Full-Time Days

Role Overview Provides direct and indirect patient care in various settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Utilizes critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate care to deliver high-quality services while respecting patient autonomy and dignity. Responsible for patient assessment, medication administration, patient education, and prioritizing care needs. Key Responsibilities Assess patients accurately based on their medical condition. Administer prescribed medications and perform treatments. Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans. Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care. Assist physicians with procedures and perform technical/manual skills. Address psychosocial needs and communicate with social services for discharge planning. Practice cost-effective resource management. Prioritize patient safety and minimize risks. Engage in lifelong learning to maintain professional competence. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Computer literacy is required; additional certifications like ACLS/PALS preferred. Licensure as an RN and BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS/PALS certifications are desirable.
