We work across group companies and functions to take strategic priorities from idea to execution — structuring complex problems, bringing the right people together, driving decisions and making sure initiatives deliver measurable impact. What will you do? As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will work on strategic and transformation programs across Bupa Türkiye . You will: Orchestrate and execute enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across BUPA’s integrated health ecosystem Structure complex problems and turn them into clear action plans Work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders Translate strategy into roadmaps , priorities and measurable outcomes Drive governance and execution across multiple workstreams Follow initiatives from planning through implementation , tracking whether they deliver the intended outcomes The topics will vary — healthcare, insurance, technology, customer experience, growth and transformation. What stays constant is the challenge: make sense of complexity, find a way forward, and make it happen . What are we looking for? A strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or other related field 1–4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation or strategic project/program management Experience working in complex, cross-functional or multi-entity environments Exposure to senior / C-level stakeholders Strong problem-solving and business acumen Strong written and spoken English What Awaits You at Bupa?
