Anesthesiologist

Position: General Anesthesiologist Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive anesthesiology care in a busy community hospital setting, including broad general anesthesiology and regional anesthesia. Collaborate with a team of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists and rotate among multiple clinical sites. Participate in call shifts and contribute to a growing anesthesia service line. Support the development of a dedicated anesthesia team from two to up to ten physicians, ensuring high-quality patient care and professional growth. Qualifications & Skills: Board certification in anesthesiology, clinical expertise in general and regional anesthesia, excellent teamwork, and adaptability. Ability to work in a dynamic, expanding program with a collegial practice culture. Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care are essential. Key Duties Grow and support a hospital-employed anesthesia program within a regional health system. Engage in diverse anesthesiology procedures with significant regional anesthesia exposure. Work with a robust CRNA team across multiple clinical sites. Balance clinical responsibilities with professional development and personal well-being.
