The Team A&M Turkey is actively building and expanding its new Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) team and is looking for best-in-class professionals with prior experience in consulting and industry to join the growing practice. We are currently considering candidates across Analyst (1-3 years), Associate (3-5 years), and Senior Associate (5-8 years) levels . CTS practitioners are often leaders among their peers, with the confidence to approach internal and external challenges head-on and the grit to execute highly complex, value-adding initiatives in intense situations. How You Will Contribute We partner with clients through the full transformation lifecycle – from assessment and strategy development through implementation – to deliver sustainable financial improvement. Our approach is highly operational and results-driven, requiring rapid understanding of industry and business context, tailored methodologies, and strong client collaboration. You’ll Work Across Multiple Transformation Levers, Including Transformation Management & Value Capture (i.e., how the business manages and delivers the transformation and captures the corresponding value) Transaction Advisory & Due Diligence (i.e., supporting acquisitions, divestitures, and investments through Commercial Due Diligence, Operational Due Diligence, synergy assessment, and value creation planning) Growth & Commercial Performance Improvement (i.e., how the business accelerates growth, expands market opportunities, and improves commercial performance) Cost Reduction (i.e., how the business identifies and eliminates inefficiencies to lower operating expenses) Operating Model Optimization (i.e., how the business structures and operates its support functions, such as Finance, HR, and Supply Chain) Product and Service Delivery Model Improvement (i.e., how the business delivers its services) Our engagements span industries. Every project is high-stakes, high-impact, and custom-tailored – there are no “easy” engagements. Success in this role demands grit, agility, and deep commitment to driving real results in partnership with our clients. Qualifications Experience in top-tier strategy consulting firms and/or in strategy roles within leading industry companies is preferred: Analyst (1–3 years), Associate (3–5 years), Senior Associate (5–8 years). Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance preferred, advanced engineering degree or MBA a plus Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives from assessment/strategy development through implementation, with a focus on revenue model optimization, cost reduction, product/service delivery enhancement, and/or operating model optimization Strong client delivery skills with a proven track-record of providing business leadership, solving challenging problems, and delivering sustainable solutions in complex corporate environments Entrepreneurial mindset with an abundance mentality Hands-on and results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in complex, high-impact environments and engage with senior executives. Strong experience with financial modeling, EBITDA performance improvement, value creation, and P&L ownership High-energy work style with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments with competing demands Сommunicate fluently in English.
