This is an entry-level position with significant opportunity for growth. You’ll work alongside experienced Crew Chiefs while learning the water damage restoration and mitigation trade. As you gain experience and develop your skills, there are opportunities to advance into positions such as Flex Technician, Crew Chief, and other higher-level restoration roles. What You'll Do As a Water Restoration Technician, you'll help restore homes and businesses following water damage. Your responsibilities will include: Assist with water extraction, drying, cleanup, and removal of damaged materials Set up and monitor professional drying equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers Remove damaged building materials as needed during the restoration process Work alongside Crew Chiefs and other mitigation team members to complete jobs safely and efficiently Provide friendly, professional service to customers during stressful situations Document job progress and drying conditions using DASH on a phone or tablet Maintain clean and organized equipment, vehicles, and work areas Drive company vehicles to and from job sites while following traffic laws and company safety policies Follow established procedures for safety, quality, and customer service What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs. Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day Ability to work overtime when business needs require it Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and some holidays Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Professional and respectful communication with customers and teammates Previous restoration, construction, general labor, maintenance, moving, warehouse, or other hands-on experience is helpful but not required .
