# Accounting Manager

Süper Enerji A.Ş. , one of the leading companies in the coal import industry, is headquartered in Istanbul and operates facilities in Dilovası, Aliağa, Adana, Marmara Ereğlisi, Trabzon, and Samsun. We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at our Istanbul Head Office . Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, Minimum 15 years of professional experience in accounting and finance, with significant experience in general accounting, Strong knowledge of Turkish Uniform Chart of Accounts and relevant Social Security (SGK) legislation, Solid experience in independent audit, financial audit, and audit preparation processes, Experience in coordinating with independent auditors, financial advisors, and other external stakeholders, Experience in international accounting, reporting, and cross-border financial processes, Experience in working with foreign group companies, international business partners, or overseas stakeholders is highly preferred, Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, Proficiency in MS Office applications, Experience in preparing VAT, Withholding Tax, Provisional Tax, and Corporate Tax Returns, Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and planning skills, Dynamic, disciplined, detail-oriented, and systematic working style, High level of self-motivation and sense of responsibility, Job Description Preparing monthly tax declarations, including VAT, Withholding Tax, Stamp Tax, and other statutory filings, Informing the Finance Department regarding accrued tax payments and ensuring timely follow-up, Ensuring the proper accounting of documents related to import transactions, Monitoring completed import transactions and recording imported goods into inventory in accordance with reports issued by the Authorized Customs Consultant, Ensuring the timely preparation and accuracy of monthly trial balances, management reports, inventory and fixed asset counts, and accounting records related to raw materials and supplies, Preparing monthly cost reports and recording related accounting entries, Preparing Provisional Tax and Corporate Tax Returns, Managing and coordinating independent audit and financial audit processes, including the preparation of required documentation and responses, Coordinating accounting and reporting activities related to international operations and overseas business processes, Supporting financial reporting and reconciliation processes involving foreign companies, suppliers, customers, and other international stakeholders, Planning and coordinating the workload of the Accounting Department, Supervising the accounting team and reviewing the accuracy and completion of accounting processes, Ensuring that accounting activities are carried out accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable legislation and company procedures.
